Using Fathom Actions and Triggers in Workflows
What are Fathom Actions and Triggers in Workflows?
Fathom Actions and Triggers enable you to integrate your Fathom meeting data directly into your CRM workflows. This integration allows you to automate processes based on meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries. A trigger can initiate a workflow when a new recording is processed, while actions can pull specific meeting data to use in subsequent workflow steps.
Fathom provides one workflow trigger and three workflow actions:
- New Recording Trigger: Starts a workflow when a new Fathom recording is created and processed.
- List Recordings Action: Retrieves a list of available recordings from your connected Fathom account.
- Fetch Transcript Action: Gets the full transcript for a selected recording.
- Fetch Summary Action: Retrieves the AI-generated summary for a selected recording.
Note: Fathom actions are premium workflow actions and may incur additional charges per execution.
