Multi-Select Functionality for Triggers

You can now select multiple options when setting up filters in your workflow triggers. This enhancement applies to Forms, Surveys, Contains Phrase, and Exact Match fields, allowing you to create more flexible trigger conditions without needing multiple separate triggers.

How Multi-Select Works

When you select multiple options in a filter, the system treats them with an "OR" logic. This means the trigger will activate if any one of the selected conditions is met. For example, if you select five different phrases in a "Contains Phrase" filter for Facebook comments, the trigger will run when a contact comments with any one of those phrases.

Using Multi-Select in Forms and Surveys

In triggers related to Forms and Surveys, you can select multiple options directly from the dropdown menu. Click on each option you want to include in your filter.

Using Multi-Select in Contains Phrase and Exact Match Fields

For Contains Phrase and Exact Match filters, type your first phrase and press "Enter" or "Return" on your keyboard to add it. Continue typing additional phrases and pressing "Enter" to add them to the list. Each phrase you add will be treated as a separate condition in the "OR" logic.
