Using the Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign Workflow Trigger
About the Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign Trigger
The Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign workflow trigger allows you to automate a series of actions whenever an affiliate is added to a specific campaign in your CRM. This trigger initiates your workflow regardless of whether the affiliate was enrolled manually or through an automated process. It is particularly powerful for creating a hands-free affiliate onboarding sequence and improving team coordination.
When this trigger runs, it provides access to a rich set of data about the new affiliate, including their name, email address, phone number, the campaign they joined, their total revenue, commission earned, referral link, client portal link, and a magic login link. You can use these data points, called custom values, within workflow steps like sending emails or SMS messages, adding internal notifications, or updating contact records. This capability allows for highly personalized and timely communication.
Note: This trigger is only available if the Affiliate Manager feature is enabled for your account and at least one affiliate campaign has been created.
Key Benefits
- Automated Onboarding: Instantly welcome new affiliates with personalized messages containing all necessary information, eliminating manual effort.
- Dynamic Data Usage: Incorporate real-time affiliate details, such as their name and portal links, directly into your automated communications.
- Enhanced Team Alerts: Set up internal notifications to inform your team immediately when a new affiliate signs up, enabling prompt follow-up.
- Targeted Segmentation: Apply specific tags to affiliates based on the campaign they join, allowing for more precise communication and reporting.
- Scalable Management: Automating these initial touchpoints makes it easier to manage a growing number of affiliates efficiently.
