The Workflow Overview Dashboard provides a centralized, real-time view of your CRM's automation performance. This single screen consolidates key metrics, allowing you to monitor the health and activity of all your workflows without needing to inspect each one individually.

Key Components

The dashboard presents a high-level summary with the total number of workflows, published workflows, and overall enrollments. The main components include:

  1. Workflow Enrollments Over Time: A graphical view that helps you track trigger activity and enrollment trends on a weekly basis.
  2. Trigger Analysis Filter: Use this filter to analyze data by trigger type, form, or survey to examine the performance of specific workflows.
  3. Error Review Summary: This section highlights workflows that have experienced errors. Click the "Needs Review" link to see all affected workflows and investigate the specific issues.

Important: The data for the Trigger Analysis is available for the last 30 days. All information is displayed in your account's timezone and can be filtered using a custom date range.
