Workflows Premium Actions is an optional subscription add-on for managing premium triggers and actions within your CRM. It operates alongside your main CRM subscription and is designed specifically for handling executions that incur additional costs. This allows agencies to purchase premium executions in bulk at discounted rates and distribute or resell them to their sub-accounts. Your core CRM features—such as contact management, base automations, and website builders—remain part of your primary plan, while premium workflow costs are managed separately through this add-on.

Pricing Tiers

Four flexible tiers are available:

• Free: $0/month, includes 100 free lifetime executions, with overages charged at $0.01 per execution.
• Starter: $10/month, includes 10,000 executions per month, overage rate $0.008 per execution.
• Growth: $25/month, includes 30,000 executions per month, overage rate $0.006 per execution.
• Scale: $50/month, includes 65,000 executions per month, overage rate $0.004 per execution.

How Executions and Overage Work

An execution occurs each time a premium action runs. This includes Premium Triggers, Premium Actions, Marketplace Apps, and integrated apps used within workflows. Standard (non-premium) workflow steps and external AI model executions do not count toward your monthly limit.

Your included executions reset each month based on your billing cycle. If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional executions are billed at your tier’s overage rate. If you are on the Free plan and use your 100 lifetime executions, further usage is billed at $0.01 per execution each month, or you can upgrade to a paid tier at any time.

How to Resell Workflows Premium Actions

1. Log in to your agency account.
2. Go to Reselling > Workflow Pro.
3. Adjust the markup multiplier for resale (applies to all tiers).
4. Click Save.

How to Enable Rebilling for a Sub-Account

1. From your agency account, click the Sub-Accounts tab.
2. Locate the sub-account and click the three dots next to the switch sub-account button.
3. Click Manage Client.
4. Go to the Rebilling tab.
5. Click the Workflow - Premium Features tab.
6. Toggle on Workflow - Premium Features.
7. Set the Markup Margin.
8. Click Save Changes.

How to Purchase a Plan for a Sub-Account

1. From the sub-account, navigate to Automations and click Global Workflow Settings.
2. Find the Workflow Pro Plans banner and click View Plans.
3. Click Choose Plan for your desired tier.
4. Click Pay and Subscribe.
5. You will see the monthly executions included in your selected plan.

What Changes for You

New pricing tiers are initially visible only to agency admins. Agencies start with a default 1.2x markup (20% profit) unless custom multipliers are already configured. Existing Pro Plan users are automatically moved to the Starter tier ($10/month)—no action is required.
