How to Use the AI Assistant
Accessing the Assistant
You can open the AI Assistant from the top navigation bar anywhere in your CRM for quick access, or from the left sidebar to use the dedicated workspace.
Starting a Conversation
Click the AI Assistant icon, then type or speak your request. For example:
- “Give me blog post ideas about email marketing.”
- “Write a social media caption for our new product launch.”
- “Help me set up a community for fitness clients.”
Reading Responses
Responses appear in the conversation view and may include paragraphs, headings, bullet points, numbered steps, links, or collapsible cards for easier reading.
Managing Conversations
Use the sidebar to review previous sessions, return to an existing conversation, or start a new chat. If no conversations exist, you’ll see prompts to begin.
