How to Import Blog Posts
Step 1: Access the Blog Section
Navigate to Sites → Blogs in your CRM. Select an existing blog or create a new one.
Step 2: Start the Import
Click the New Post dropdown and choose Import Blog Post from CSV.
Step 3: Upload Your File
Download the sample template to ensure proper formatting. Click Upload or drag and drop your prepared CSV or XLSX file. Review the file summary and click Continue.
Step 4: Preview and Edit Posts
Review each post in the preview panel. Click the edit icon to make adjustments if needed. Set publish dates using the date picker—past dates publish immediately, future dates schedule, and blank dates save as drafts.
Step 5: Confirm Import
Click Import and review the summary of how many posts will be published, scheduled, or saved as drafts. Confirm to complete the import.
Handling Errors
If any rows fail validation, open Posts with Errors to see a detailed report. Each error will show the post title, the field with issues, and a message explaining how to fix it. Correct errors in your source file and re-upload.
