Engage your blog readers and convert them into subscribers with the Subscribe to Blog feature. Add a customizable form to your blog to capture email addresses, grow your audience, and automate updates through targeted email campaigns.
How It Works
Step 1: Open Your Blog Site Editor
Navigate to Sites, select your blog site, and click on Blog Builder → Site Editor to open the page editor.
Step 2: Add Subscribe Form
In the editor, drag and drop the Subscribe form element onto your blog page.
Step 3: Customize the Form
Edit the title, add a description, and customize the button text. Choose between layout options and adjust fonts, colors, and spacing to match your site’s style.
Step 4: Publish Your Blog Page
Click Publish to make your changes live. Visitors can now enter their email and subscribe directly from your blog.
Step 5: Start Sending Email Campaigns via Tags
Each new subscriber is automatically saved as a contact in your CRM and tagged (e.g., “Blog”) for easy targeting in email campaigns.
Automate Blog Updates with Tags & Email Campaigns
Step 1: Create Email Campaign with Blog RSS
Go to Email Campaigns, add RSS Header and RSS Items elements to the email body to display blog titles and new posts.
Step 3: Configure Campaign & Recipients
When scheduling, select RSS Schedule to automatically pull latest posts. Under Recipients, choose Contacts from Tag → Blog. Save the campaign to automate updates.

Can I add more than one Subscribe Form on my blog?
Yes. You can place multiple forms, and all subscriptions will create contacts with the same tag.
Where do my subscribers go after they sign up?
Subscribers are saved as contacts in your CRM with the assigned tag.
Can I customize the button text and design?
Absolutely. Edit button text, font, color, and layout in the Site Editor.
What happens if I don’t set up an email campaign?
Subscribers are collected but won’t receive automatic updates without an RSS campaign.
Can subscribers unsubscribe later?
Currently, unsubscribe functionality is not supported.
Will this affect my SEO?
No. The form is a front-end element and does not impact SEO.
