Embedding CRM Calendars Using HTML Code

You can embed your CRM calendar into any external website using a simple HTML embed code. This allows visitors to view and book appointments directly on your site without leaving the page.

Steps to Generate the Embed Code

1. Navigate to the Calendars section within your CRM and open the settings for the specific calendar you want to embed.
2. Locate the options menu (usually represented by a three-dot icon) next to the calendar and select the Share option.
3. In the sharing dialog that appears, switch to the Embed Code tab to view the HTML snippet.
4. Click the Copy button to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
5. Paste this code into a custom HTML element, widget, or page editor on your external website wherever you’d like the calendar to appear.

Important Note

If you’re embedding the calendar into a funnel or website built within the CRM platform, you don’t need to use the embed code. Instead, use the built-in Calendar element in the page builder. Simply drag the element onto your page and select the calendar you want to display—it will be embedded automatically without any manual coding required.
