Getting Notified When Your Calendar Integration Disconnects

Overview

To help you maintain seamless scheduling, your CRM can send you alerts if your calendar or video conferencing integrations become disconnected. You can receive these alerts via email, SMS, or push notifications on the web and mobile apps. This allows you to quickly take action and prevent disruptions to your appointments and client interactions.

Notifications are sent for disconnections involving the following integrations:

  • Google Calendar
  • Outlook Calendar
  • iCloud Calendar
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams

Managing Your Notification Preferences

You have full control over how you receive these alerts. To manage your settings:

  1. Go to My Profile and select Notifications.
  2. Scroll to the Calendar section.
  3. Toggle the settings on or off for each notification type according to your preference:
    • In-App
    • Email
    • SMS

Push notifications are available for both the web and mobile applications.

Understanding the Notifications

When an integration disconnects and your notifications are enabled, you will receive the following alerts:

  • Email: The email will specify which integration was affected, explain the potential impact, and provide instructions for reconnecting.
  • In-App Notification: An alert will appear within your CRM interface on both the web browser and mobile app.
  • SMS: A text message will be sent to your configured phone number, containing details about the integration and the relevant subaccount.

Important Notes

Please be aware of the following details regarding these notifications:

  • Disconnection alerts are sent only to the individual user. Location or agency administrators will not receive these notifications.
  • By default, Email and In-App notifications are enabled. You can change these settings at any time in your profile's notification section.
  • Sending email and SMS notifications may result in charges depending on your account plan and configuration. Check your communication settings for details on potential costs.
  • An SMS notification will only be sent if you have a phone number configured for your sub-account. If no number is set, you will not receive SMS alerts.
