Setting Up Calendar Payments

Enabling Payments for Calendar Bookings

You can configure your CRM calendar to collect payments when a client schedules an appointment. This feature is ideal for businesses that require a deposit or payment to reserve a booking slot.

Supported Payment Gateways

Payments for calendar appointments can be processed through the following payment gateways: Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, Razorpay, Square, and PayPal.

Note: While these payment methods work with all calendar types, Razorpay, NMI, and Square are not currently supported for the Classic Widget and Service menu.

Step 1: Add a Payment Gateway

Before you can accept payments, you must first connect a payment gateway to your account.

  1. Navigate to the Payments section in your CRM and select Integrations.
  2. Click the Connect button for your chosen payment provider and follow the on-screen setup instructions.

Note: If you connect multiple gateways, a dropdown will appear to select your default payment gateway. Only the default gateway will be used to process calendar payments.

Step 2: Configure Your Calendar

Once a payment gateway is connected, you can enable payments for a specific calendar.

  1. Go to your Calendar Settings.
  2. Either edit an existing calendar by clicking the three dots () next to its name or create a new calendar using the Advanced Settings option.
  3. In the calendar settings, find the Forms & Payments section.
  4. Toggle the switch for Accept Payments to the ON position.

After enabling payments, the following configuration fields will appear:

  • Amount: Set the payment amount and select the currency.
  • Description: Enter a description for the payment that the client will see.
  • Payment Mode: Toggle between Test and Live mode. When the toggle is switched to the right, the calendar operates in Live Mode. When switched to the left, it is in Test Mode.

Important Note: Partial payments are not available for recurring calendars.

If the payment options do not appear in your calendar settings, ensure you have successfully integrated a payment gateway by reviewing the steps above.
