The CRM's in-app calendar provides a central hub for viewing and managing all your appointments and synced external events. Accessible directly from the calendar module, this unified view is designed to streamline your scheduling workflow with powerful organizational features.

Calendar Views

Day View

Select the Day view to see a horizontal layout. This displays a list of your selected users, calendars, or groups, with each one's individual daily schedule shown directly beneath their name. This side-by-side format makes it easy to compare availability and identify open time slots across your team or resources.

Month View

Use the Month view for a high-level overview of your schedule. This allows you to navigate through upcoming dates to get a clear picture of your commitments and never miss an important event.

Managing What You See

Multi-User Selection

You can select multiple users simultaneously to view all of their appointments together in one consolidated calendar view, eliminating the need to check schedules individually.

Multi-Calendar View

Combine appointments from different calendars into a single, unified display. This feature removes the need to switch between multiple calendars, keeping all relevant information in one place.

Multi-Group View

Easily select multiple groups. The appointments for all selected groups will be overlaid on your calendar, giving you a complete overview of activities across those groups.

Visual Clarity Features

Color Coding

Appointments are automatically color-coded for quick identification. Each user's events have a distinct color, and you can also set custom colors for groups and specific calendars.

Annotation Key

An annotation key is provided to help you understand the meaning of the various icons and patterns used to represent different types of events on the calendar.

Convenience Features

Persistent Multi-Select

Your selection of users and calendars is remembered. When you return to the calendar, your preferred multi-select view will be restored, so you don't have to reconfigure it each time.

Additional Info on Hover

Simply hover your cursor over any appointment to see a pop-up snapshot with key details like the event title, type, and start and end times, all without needing to click.
