Applying Tags to Contacts from Campaign Statistics
You can now efficiently segment your contacts by applying tags directly from your campaign statistics page. This feature allows you to tag contacts based on their specific interactions with your campaigns, such as opening emails or clicking links, without needing to set up complex workflows in advance.
Benefits of Tagging from Campaign Statistics
- Instant Segmentation: Quickly create contact segments after a campaign has been sent, without pre-planning.
- Automated Tagging: Set up rules to automatically tag new contacts who engage with the campaign in the future.
- Action Logging: Maintain a clear record of manual tag actions for tracking purposes.
- Multiple Tags: Apply several tags at once to create more detailed contact segments.

- Navigate to Marketing and select Email Campaigns.
- Find the campaign you want to review and click the three-dot menu next to it, then choose Statistics.

- Select an interaction category, such as Opened.
- From the list of contacts, select the individuals you wish to tag.

Tracking Your Tagging Actions
Manual tag additions are recorded and can be viewed in the Tags and Bulk Actions log. Contacts who are tagged automatically by the future interactions rule will not appear in this log, but the tags will be applied to them in real-time.
Limitations
- The Auto-Tag Future Interactions feature is not available for invalid contacts or for lists related to order details.
- Only actions performed manually are logged in the Bulk Actions tab; automatic future tagging actions are not logged there.
