Attach Files to Email Campaigns in the Email Builder
Enhance Your Email Campaigns with File Attachments
You can easily include files like PDFs or images as attachments directly within your email campaigns using the CRM's Email Builder. This feature allows you to send a complete package of information in a single email, ensuring your recipients receive all the necessary documents without needing to visit external links.
Benefits of Using Attachments
Adding attachments to your emails offers several advantages:
- Streamlined Process: Attach files at the final step before sending or scheduling your campaign, all within the Email Builder interface.
- Convenient for Recipients: Files are delivered directly to the inbox, so contacts can access them immediately without extra clicks.
- Complete Delivery: Send your message and supporting materials—such as brochures, proposals, or forms—together in one email.
- Version Control: Ensure everyone receives the exact file version you intend, avoiding confusion from outdated linked documents.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attach more than one file?
Yes, you can attach multiple files to a single email campaign, provided the total size of all attachments remains within the supported limit.
Do attachments affect email deliverability?
They can. Emails with large attachments or files of uncommon types may have a higher chance of being flagged as spam or experiencing delivery problems. For critical communications where deliverability is a top priority, consider uploading larger files to a hosting service and including a link to them in the email instead.
Why can't I see the attachment in the email preview?
Attachments do not appear within the body of the email preview in the builder. They will be visible as standard email attachments in your recipient's inbox. To check how the attachment will appear, use the Send test email feature.
