How to Embed Funnels as Interactive Lessons in Your CRM Courses
Integrating Funnels into Your Course Curriculum
You can create a seamless educational journey by embedding entire funnels directly as lessons within your CRM courses. This allows students to interact with forms, take action, and engage with your marketing sequences without ever leaving the course interface.
What Are Funnel Lessons?
Funnel lessons enable you to place any page from a funnel you've built in the CRM directly into a course module. Instead of a static video or text lesson, students interact with a live, functional funnel page. This is ideal for turning learning into action, such as embedding an application form, a booking page, or an offer directly into the curriculum.
Adding a Funnel Lesson to a Course
To insert a funnel into your course structure, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Courses section within your CRM and open the specific course product you wish to edit.
- Access the course outline or syllabus view.
- Expand the module or sub-module where you want the new lesson to appear.
- Click the Add Content button within that section.
- From the list of content types, select the option for a Funnel lesson.
- In the setup panel, give your lesson a descriptive title.
- Use the provided dropdown or search field to select the specific funnel and then the exact page from that funnel you want to embed.
- Click Add or Save to finalize. The funnel lesson will now appear in your course outline.
Editing and Managing Your Funnel Lesson
Once added, you can manage the funnel lesson from your course outline. Hover over the lesson and click the edit icon to open its settings.
- Preview: You can preview exactly how the funnel page will appear to students within the course player.
- Edit Funnel Content: To change the design or copy on the funnel page itself, use the option to open it in the funnel builder. Any changes made in the builder will be reflected in the course lesson.
- Lesson Details: You can update the lesson title, manage its publish status (draft or published), and adjust its position by dragging it within your course outline.
How Students Experience Funnel Lessons
For the learner, a funnel lesson is a native part of the course. The funnel page is displayed within the main lesson area, surrounded by the standard course navigation, progress tracker, and sidebar. Students can interact with all the funnel elements—forms, buttons, and multi-step layouts—directly in this view. An option is also available for students to view the funnel lesson in a full-screen mode for an optimal experience with complex interactions.
Key Benefits of Using Funnel Lessons
- Unified Experience: Combines education and conversion in one fluid path, keeping students focused.
- Interactive Learning: Transforms passive content consumption into active participation with forms and calls-to-action.
- Efficiency: Reuse existing, high-performing funnels as course content without rebuilding.
- Brand Consistency: Funnel pages adapt to your course's visual theme, providing a cohesive look and feel.
