Imagine your campaign offers a default 40% commission. For an affiliate who consistently generates high-value sales, you can set a custom 50% rate just for them, leaving the standard rate unchanged for everyone else.
Steps to Configure
Step 1: Access the Sub Account Affiliate Manager
Log into your CRM and navigate to the Sub Account Affiliate Manager section.
Step 2: Select the Affiliate
Find and click on the affiliate you wish to assign a custom commission to. This will open their profile page.
Step 3: Choose the Campaign
Scroll to the Active Referral Link section. Click the Customize button next to the campaign where you want to adjust commissions.
Step 4: Configure Commissions
Switch to the Commissions tab. Enter the custom rate for this affiliate. For multi-tiered campaigns, configure rates for each tier. You can adjust both Default Commissions and Product-Based Commissions. Click Save to apply your changes.
Important Notes
- Precedence: Affiliate-level commissions always override campaign-level settings during payout calculations.
- Tier Adjustments: Tier structures cannot be modified within the affiliate profile. To change tiers, you must edit the campaign settings directly.
- Supported Campaigns: This feature is currently available only for affiliate campaigns where the source is a funnel or website.
By setting custom commissions at the affiliate level, you can precisely tailor incentives to keep your best performers engaged and motivated.
