Using Bulk Prospecting to Find and Save Multiple Leads

What is Bulk Prospecting?

Bulk Prospecting is a feature within the CRM's Prospecting Tool that allows you to efficiently discover, review, and save a large number of local business leads sourced from Google Maps. It streamlines the process of building a contact list by enabling you to search for multiple prospects at once, manage the results effectively, and save them in batches.

Key Benefits of Bulk Prospecting

Using Bulk Prospecting can significantly improve the speed and accuracy of your lead generation efforts.

  • Efficient Searches: Use keywords, a location (including "near me"), and a radius to find highly relevant results.
  • Higher Volume: View up to 60 leads per search, which is more than standard searches.
  • Batch Saving: Select and save up to 15 prospects at one time.
  • Automatic Duplicate Detection: The system identifies if a prospect has already been saved, helping you avoid duplicates.
  • Smart Prioritization: Sort results by factors like Prospect Score, Google rating, or online presence to focus on the best leads first.
  • Customizable View: Choose which columns to display and how many rows to show per page for a layout that suits your workflow.

How to Use Bulk Prospecting

Navigate to MarketingProspecting in your sub-account and click on Add Prospect. In the search panel, enter a keyword or business name, a location, and set a search radius (up to approximately 30 miles or 49 kilometers). Click Search to see the results.

Step 2: Review and Sort Results

The results will display in a combined list and map view. You can sort the list by clicking the column headers for attributes like Prospect Score, Website presence, or Rating to prioritize which leads to save.

Step 3: Select and Save Prospects

You can select individual prospects or use the Select All option on the current page. Your selections are remembered as you move through the pages of results. When you are ready, click Add Multiple Prospects to save up to 15 selected leads at once.

Step 4: Check Status and Avoid Duplicates

The Status column shows the state of each prospect. A status of "Not Added" means the lead is new, while "Added" indicates it is already saved. You may also see a "Generating Prospect" status with a percentage, which means the system is processing the new record.

Where Saved Prospects Are Stored

Once saved, prospects are available in the main Prospect Accounts section. If you are working within a sub-account, you can find them under MarketingProspecting. If Prospecting Premium is enabled for the sub-account, corresponding contact records will also be created there, making them available for automation and outreach campaigns. You can open a detailed Marketing Audit Report for any saved prospect to review their online presence and plan your next steps.
