Why do I get delivery error emails from Gmail when using BCC?
When you send emails through your two-way sync email with BCC addresses, you might receive "Delivery incomplete" error messages from Gmail. This happens because the CRM uses BCC for internal logging purposes. While the email is successfully recorded in your CRM, Gmail cannot confirm delivery to the BCC address used for logging, which triggers the error notification. Your original email still reaches its intended recipients despite this message.
Why can't I send Instagram DMs to people commenting on my posts?
Instagram's messaging rules require that for a business to initiate a direct message, the contact must have sent at least one message to your business within the last 24 hours. To respond to comments on your Instagram posts via direct message, use the "Instagram Interactive Messenger" action in your workflows. Set the reply type to "Reply to comment via DM" to properly engage with commenters while following Instagram's messaging guidelines.
