Adding File Attachments to Documents and Templates
Overview
You can enhance your documents and email templates by attaching files. This feature allows you to include images, PDFs, or other supported files directly within a document or template. When the document is sent, either manually or via a workflow, these files are delivered as standard email attachments. This ensures your client receives the main document and all relevant supporting materials in a single, convenient email.
Key Benefits
Consolidated Communication: Send the primary document and all supplementary files together, which simplifies the process for the recipient and can help accelerate approvals.
Seamless Integration: The entire process happens within your CRM, so there's no need to use separate file-sharing services or send follow-up emails.
Workflow Automation: Attachments are automatically included when a document is sent by a workflow, requiring no additional setup.
Easy Management: You can upload, review, and remove attachments directly from the document's settings before sending.
Enhanced Trust: Recipients can download files directly from the email, which is more secure and straightforward than clicking on external links.
