Adding Marketplace Snapshots to Your SaaS Plans
You can now enhance your agency's SaaS plans by including pre-configured Marketplace snapshots. These snapshots are bundles of tools, settings, and workflows that can be installed instantly on a client's sub-account. This allows you to sell complete, ready-to-use business solutions directly through your subscription plans, providing immediate value to your clients without manual setup.
How to Add a Snapshot to a SaaS Plan
Follow these steps to attach a Marketplace snapshot to one of your agency's plans.
Step 1: Open the SaaS Configurator
Navigate to the SaaS Configurator within your CRM dashboard. Ensure you are in agency view to access this area.
Step 2: Edit Your Plan Details
Go to the Plans & Pricing section. Find the specific plan you want to modify and select the Edit Details option for it.
Step 3: Navigate to the Features Tab
Inside the plan editor, click on the Features tab at the top of the menu.
Step 4: Add a Snapshot
Click the Add Snapshot button, typically located at the top-right of the interface.
Step 5: Browse and Attach from the Marketplace
This will open a view of your available Marketplace snapshots. Browse the list, select the snapshot you wish to include, and click the Attach button to add it to the plan.
How It Works for Clients
Once a snapshot is attached to your SaaS plan, it will be automatically installed in the sub-account of any new client who signs up for that plan. The client receives a fully configured set of tools the moment their account is created.
Important Considerations
The availability of snapshots in your plans is dynamic and tied to their status in the Marketplace. Be aware that a snapshot may be removed from your plan offerings if:
- The snapshot's distribution type is changed by its creator.
- The snapshot app is uninstalled from your agency account.
- There is a payment issue related to the snapshot.
- The snapshot's status is set to disabled.
