Setting Up and Selling Your White-Label CRM

What is SaaS Mode?

SaaS Mode is a feature that allows you to resell the CRM platform under your own brand. This white-label solution removes all visible branding from the original platform, letting you provide your clients with a fully integrated experience that appears as your own software.

Benefits of Using SaaS Mode

By utilizing SaaS Mode, you can expand your service offerings and generate recurring revenue. It provides a cost-effective way to offer a powerful, personalized CRM to your clients without the overhead of developing your own software. The setup is designed to be straightforward, making it an attractive option for agencies looking to scale.

Initial Setup for SaaS Mode

To begin, you must have an Agency Account. If you do not have one, you will need to create one to access SaaS Mode features.

Create an Agency Subaccount

Your first step is to create an agency subaccount. This subaccount will be the foundation for your white-labeled service.

Activate the Telephone System

You need to activate the telephone system for your subaccount. This enables phone functionality for your clients.

Set Up Your White-Label Domain

Configure a custom domain for your white-labeled platform. This ensures your clients access the software using your branded URL.

White-Label the Desktop Application

You can also apply your branding to the downloadable desktop application associated with the platform.

Configure the API Domain URL

Set up a custom API domain URL. This is used to brand system-generated links that are sent to contacts.

Activate Premium Features

Enable and configure premium features that you wish to offer to your clients, such as AI content tools or advanced workflow triggers and actions. You can also set up rebilling for these features.

Connect a Payment Provider

At the agency account level, connect your preferred payment provider. This allows you to handle billing for the plans you create.

Creating and Selling SaaS Plans

Once the foundational setup is complete, you can use the SaaS Configurator to create and configure the specific subscription plans you want to sell to your clients.
