The Agency Wallet Summary tab provides administrators with a consolidated overview of wallet spending across all sub-accounts within your CRM platform. This centralized view helps you monitor expenditure patterns, identify top spending accounts, and analyze monthly changes without needing to inspect individual transaction records manually.

How to Review Wallet Spending
Follow these steps to analyze wallet spending effectively:

- Open Wallet Transactions.

Reviewing Summary Statistics
The Summary tab displays four key statistic cards:
- Total Spend: The combined wallet expenditure across all sub-accounts for the selected period.
- MoM Change: The month-over-month change in wallet spending, shown as a percentage increase or decrease.
- Top Spender: The sub-account with the highest wallet expenditure and its percentage of the total spend.
- Biggest Spike: The sub-account showing the most significant month-over-month spending increase.
Analyzing Sub-Account Spending
Below the statistics, you'll find the Sub-Account Spending Breakdown table. Use the search field to locate specific sub-accounts if needed. Review the monthly spending columns and the cost contribution bar for each account.
Click on any sub-account row to open the Product Breakdown drawer. Here, you can:
- Switch between month tabs to compare product spending over time.
- Review product cards to see which items contributed most to the spending.
- Hover over the chart to view detailed product-level amounts for specific months.
