Agency Launchpad
Welcome to the Agency Launchpad
This article provides an overview of the Agency Launchpad, a guided onboarding tool designed specifically for agency accounts in the CRM. The Launchpad uses video tutorials and step-by-step prompts to help new administrators set up their accounts efficiently. Please note that this feature is currently available only for new account sign-ups.
What is the Agency Launchpad?
The Agency Launchpad is a curated onboarding experience built for marketing agencies and SaaS businesses using the CRM. It eliminates the initial confusion of a new account by providing a clear, sequential path for essential setup tasks. Instead of navigating the platform unaided, new admins are guided through crucial actions with short, instructional videos and direct links to the relevant areas of the CRM.
Key benefits of using the Launchpad include:
- Faster Setup: A guided path reduces the learning curve, helping you get value from the CRM more quickly.
- Visual Learning: Each step is accompanied by a concise video tutorial, making complex processes easy to understand and follow.
- Clear Direction: Users always know the next recommended action, which prevents overwhelm and ensures a smooth start.
For agencies on the Unlimited Plan, a designated sub-account can be used as the primary template for standardizing the onboarding process.
How to Use the Agency Launchpad
Using the Launchpad is a simple, guided process. It is automatically enabled for eligible new agency accounts.
- Access the Launchpad: Log in to your agency account. If the Launchpad is available, you will see it upon login. If you do not see it, it may not yet be enabled for your account, or your user role permissions may restrict access. Contact your agency administrator or support for assistance.
- Review the Guided Actions: The Launchpad displays a list of key onboarding steps. You can start with the action that is most relevant to your needs.
- Click, Watch, and Act: Click on an action to be taken directly to that section of the CRM. Watch the accompanying video tutorial to learn what to do, then perform the action within the platform.
- Track Your Progress: Return to the Launchpad to continue your onboarding. Your progress is automatically tracked, and completed steps will be marked as finished.
A useful feature of the Launchpad is Picture-in-Picture (PiP) support for the tutorial videos, allowing you to keep the video playing in a small window while you work on the steps in the main CRM interface.
Accessibility in the Launchpad
The Launchpad is designed to be accessible to users who rely on assistive technologies. It includes several enhancements for improved usability:
- Screen Reader Support: Screen readers announce progress through the steps, provide context for modals, and relay form validation feedback.
- Keyboard Navigation: You can navigate the Launchpad using only a keyboard. Interactive elements are accessible, and you can typically activate them with the Enter or Space key. The Escape key can be used to close supported modals.
- Visual Focus: Focus indicators are clear and consistent as you move through dialogs and steps.
- Internationalization: Accessibility labels, announcements, and alternative text are translated into multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and German, to aid pronunciation and understanding.
