Configuring General Business Information in Your CRM
The General Information section is the cornerstone of your business profile within the CRM. It defines your brand identity and core details that populate features across the entire platform, from automated emails to client-facing links. Ensuring this information is accurate and up-to-date is essential for maintaining a consistent and professional brand experience.

Your account is assigned a unique Location ID. This identifier is primarily used for support purposes. If you need to contact support, you may be asked to provide this ID to help quickly identify your specific account.
