Connecting your review sources offers significant advantages for businesses with multiple locations or agencies managing several clients.
- Unified Management: Handle all your reviews from one place, saving time and reducing manual effort.
- Scalability for Multiple Pages: Connect numerous business pages, listings, or profiles from the same review platform without any connection limits.
- Enhanced Visibility: See key details for each connected page, including its status, review count, and the last time data was synchronized.
- Broad Platform Support: Integrate with a wide range of over 50 major review platforms and industry-specific sites.
How to Connect a Review Platform
Follow these steps to add a review platform to your CRM.
- Navigate to the Reputation section using the left-hand menu.
- Click on Settings in the top navigation bar.
- Select the Integrations tab. This page lists all available review platforms you can connect.
- Click the Connect account button for your chosen platform.
- In the window that appears, enter the full URL of your public review page (for example, your Google Business Profile or Yelp page).
- Click Connect. Your reviews will begin syncing to the dashboard automatically.
Viewing and Filtering Reviews from Connected Pages
Once you have multiple pages connected, you can easily filter the reviews you see.
- Go to the Reviews tab.
- Use the Sources dropdown menu to see all your connected pages.
- Select one page to view reviews from that specific listing.
- Select multiple pages to see a combined view of reviews from several sources at once.
Selected sources appear as filter tags above the review list, making it clear which pages are currently being displayed. This is ideal for comparing feedback across different locations or client accounts.

- Verify Permissions: Confirm that the page is publicly accessible.
