Creating and Configuring Table Chart Widgets on Your Dashboard

Adding a Table Chart to Your Dashboard

Table charts on your CRM dashboard allow you to view key data in a structured, column-based format. You can add and customize these widgets directly from your main dashboard view.

Step 1: Add a New Widget

Navigate to your main CRM dashboard. Click the edit icon to enter dashboard editing mode, then select the option to Add widget.

Step 2: Select the Table Chart Type

A menu of available widget types will appear. Scroll through the list to find the specific data widget you wish to add. Once selected, locate the setting to change the chart type and choose Table from the available options.

Step 3: Customize Columns and Settings

With the table chart type selected, you can configure its display. Click on Select Columns to choose which data fields you want to appear as columns in your table. You can add, remove, and reorder columns here.

In the Advance Settings section, you can specify which column should be used to sort the table's data.

A Note on Email Widgets

When creating a table chart for email data, you will see a column labeled Source Action Name. This column helps identify what triggered the email send. For instance, if the email was sent from a workflow, this column will display the name of the specific workflow step, providing greater traceability in your reports and dashboards.

Step 4: Finalize Your Widget

Once you have finished configuring your table chart, click Save. The new widget will be added to your dashboard, where you can view your data in the table format you designed.
