Creating and Managing a Brand Board
What is a Brand Board?
A Brand Board is a centralized hub within your CRM where you can define and manage the core visual elements of your brand. It stores your logos, color palette, and font selections in one organized location. Once established, these assets can be easily applied to emails, websites, funnels, and other marketing materials to ensure a consistent and professional brand appearance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do changes to a Brand Board update my old content?
No. Modifying colors, fonts, or logos in a Brand Board does not retroactively change existing emails, funnels, or websites. The updated assets will only be available for use in new projects. Existing content remains as it was originally designed.
What is imported from a website URL?
The import feature scans the provided webpage to detect visual brand elements like logos, prominent colors, and fonts, then uses them to pre-populate a new Brand Board for you.
Where are the uploaded logos stored?
Logos added to a Brand Board are saved in a dedicated folder within your CRM's media library, named after the Brand Board. This provides quick access for use across the platform.
What are the limits for assets in a Brand Board?
You can add up to 2 logos, 10 colors, and 5 fonts in a single Brand Board.
