Introducing Paid Courses
You can now monetize your community by selling courses directly within it. This feature allows community owners and administrators to create premium content with flexible pricing, while an enhanced Learning Page provides a better experience for your members.
Getting Started with Paid Courses
Adding a New Paid Course
To create a paid course, start from the Learning Tab within your community. Select the option to add a new course. You will need to provide basic details like the course title, description, and the actual content or lessons.
Configuring Pricing and Payment
When setting up your course, you can choose between a one-time purchase fee or a recurring subscription. You will need to set the price and select a currency from the available list to match your audience.
Your existing tax settings apply to course purchases. The system supports automatic, address-based tax calculation as well as manual tax rates.
You can enable a test mode to simulate the checkout process using test payment details before making the course live.
Managing and Promoting Your Courses
Organizing Course Order
You can control the sequence in which courses appear on the Learning Page. Use the Move option (found by clicking the three-dot menu next to a course) to drag and drop courses into your preferred order.
Adjusting Settings
You can edit a course at any time after creation. From the Learning Tab, find the course and select the edit option. This allows you to change the course details, pricing model, subscription frequency, trial period, and currency.
Sharing Your Course
To promote your course, use the Copy Link function available in the three-dot menu next to the course. This provides a direct link you can share via email, social media, or other marketing channels.
Payment Notifications
The system automatically sends email notifications for successful payments and subscription cancellations, keeping both you and your learners informed.
Learner Experience
Members can browse and purchase courses directly from a community's Learning Tab. After selecting a course and reviewing its details and price, they can complete the purchase through a secure checkout. Payment confirmation and instructions for accessing the course are sent to the email address associated with their account.

Can I still offer free courses?
Yes. The paid course feature is an additional option for monetization. You can continue to create and offer courses for free.
How do I reorder courses on the Learning Page?
In the Learning Tab, click the three-dot menu next to the course you want to move and select the Move option. You can then drag the course to its new position in the list.
What currencies are supported?
A wide range of global currencies is supported. The full list is available in a dropdown menu when you set or edit a course's price.
How do I edit an existing course?
Navigate to the Learning Tab, locate the course, and select the edit option. This will allow you to modify all aspects of the course, including its content, pricing, and payment settings.
