Eject a Sub-Account to Create a New Agency
The eject feature allows you to convert a sub-account under your agency into a separate, independent agency account. This is useful when you want a sub-account to operate on its own. You will nominate a user from the sub-account to become the new agency owner. That user will receive an email invitation to sign up for a $97/month plan. Once they complete signup, you will earn a 40% affiliate commission on all their future renewals. For details on the affiliate program, review the Affiliate Guidelines. To track the status of your ejected sub-account referrals, visit the Sub-account Transfers section.
Steps to Eject a Sub-Account (Sender)
- Navigate to Agency Level > Sub-Accounts.
- Go to Manage Client for the sub-account you want to eject.
- Select Actions > Transfer Sub-account.
- Choose "Eject to a New Agency" from the options.
- Nominate the user who will become the new agency owner. This user will receive an email with a signup link.
