What Is the New Communities Interface?
The Communities feature in your CRM has received a significant visual and functional update, currently available in a Beta program. This redesign focuses on creating a cleaner, more intuitive space for community members and creators to connect. The new layout improves navigation, makes posts and conversations easier to engage with, and introduces new ways to interact, such as reacting with emojis.

Streamlined Group Navigation
A new group switcher lets you move between different communities you're a member of quickly and easily. This allows you to change groups without losing your place or needing to navigate back to a main dashboard.
Unified Home Feed
The Home page now defaults to an All Posts view. This gives you a single, central feed to see the latest activity and discussions from across the entire community, reducing the need to check individual channels separately.
Enhanced Post Display
Posts and conversations now feature a larger, more spacious layout. This improved design prioritizes readability and makes it simpler to follow discussions, view comments, and interact with content.
Integrated Courses Access
Switching between community discussions and related course materials is now a seamless part of the same experience. This integration makes it easier to continue learning while staying engaged with your community peers.
Improved Course Discovery
Course tiles and cards within the community have been updated to display more relevant information at a glance, helping you find and select the learning content that's right for you more efficiently.
Updated Members Directory
The Members tab has been enhanced to facilitate better connections. You can now view a member's profile or start a direct chat with them directly from this list.
Simplified Sidebar Filters
The left-hand navigation menu has been cleaned up with clearer filters, helping you find specific types of content or conversations within the community faster and with less visual distraction.
Emoji Reactions
You can now react to posts using emojis. This provides a quick, lightweight way to engage with content and give feedback without having to write a full comment.
How to Access the Beta Interface
The redesigned Communities experience is currently available only to creators who are part of the specific Beta program. If your account is eligible, you will see the new interface automatically when you access a community. No manual configuration or setting changes are required on your part.
