How to View Snapshot Load History in a Subaccount

Understanding Snapshot Load History

Snapshot Load History provides a detailed record of all Snapshots that have been loaded into a specific subaccount within your CRM. This feature allows you to track which Snapshots were applied, when they were loaded, which versions were used, and who performed the load. You can also review the specific assets included in each load, making it easier to troubleshoot issues and understand account changes.

What Information Is Available?

The Snapshot Load History is organized into three levels of detail:

  • Snapshot Load History: Lists all Snapshots loaded into the subaccount.
  • Load History: Shows each instance a selected Snapshot was loaded.
  • Asset Details: Displays the asset categories included in a specific load and their statuses.

How to Access Snapshot Load History

To view the Snapshot Load History for a subaccount:

  1. Navigate to Agency View.
  2. Open Sub-Accounts.
  3. Select the subaccount you wish to review.
  4. Click Actions.
  5. Open Snapshot actions.
  6. Click View snapshot history.

Reviewing All Loaded Snapshots

Once you access the Snapshot Load History, you will see a table listing all Snapshots that have been loaded into the subaccount. The table includes columns for:

  • Snapshot name
  • Last loaded version
  • Type (source or ownership type)
  • Last loaded on (date and time)
  • Last loaded by (user who performed the load)

If user information is unavailable, a dash may be displayed.

Reviewing a Specific Snapshot’s Load History

To see the history of a particular Snapshot, select it from the list. This will show each time that Snapshot was loaded, including:

  • Version used
  • Number of assets
  • Status of the load
  • Date and time loaded
  • User who started the load

Inspecting Asset Details

For a more detailed view, select a specific load to see the Asset Details screen. Assets are grouped by category, and you can review what was included and check the status of each category. Common asset categories may include:

  • Custom Values
  • Membership Products
  • Workflows
  • Custom Objects
  • Funnels & Websites
  • Custom Metrics
  • Forms
  • Membership Offers
  • Tags

Status labels such as Success and Processing indicate the current state of each asset category. A Processing status means the CRM is still working on that category.

Searching the History

If the subaccount has a long load history, use the search field to quickly find a specific Snapshot. The search checks Snapshot names and updates the table to show matching results. To search:

  1. Click the Search by snapshot name field.
  2. Enter all or part of the Snapshot name.
  3. Review the matching records.
  4. Click Clear search to return to the full list if needed.

The table also includes pagination and a rows-per-page selector for easier navigation through extensive histories.

Key Benefits

Snapshot Load History offers several advantages:

  • Faster troubleshooting: Identify which Snapshot or version may have caused issues.
  • Clear accountability: See who performed each load.
  • Better visibility: Review the complete Snapshot setup history from one place.
  • Version tracking: Confirm which version was used for each load.
  • Detailed asset review: Inspect what was included in historical loads.
  • Easier team handoffs: Provide a shared record for support and implementation teams.
