What is Extended Template Library Access?
Extended Template Library access is now available for agency administrators on the $97 and $297 plans. This feature allows you to browse the Template Library, hide specific templates or entire categories from your sub-accounts, and preview premium creation tools with upgrade prompts.

How to Hide Individual Templates
To hide a specific template:
- Navigate to Agency → Template Library
- Hover over the template you want to hide
- Click the Hide button
- A gray "Hidden" badge will appear to confirm the action
Hidden templates remain visible to agency admins for management purposes but are hidden from all sub-accounts.
How to Hide Entire Categories
To hide a complete category:
- Go to Template Library
- Click the gear icon (Settings)
- Select a product (such as Funnels) → Categories
- Toggle the Hide option next to any category
All templates within hidden categories become invisible to every location immediately.

No, template creation remains exclusive to the $497 Pro plan. However, you can browse and hide existing templates.
Do hidden templates disappear for existing locations?
Yes. Hidden templates and categories are automatically removed from all current and future sub-accounts.
Will hiding a category affect customized templates?
Customized templates will be hidden if they reside exclusively in the hidden category. Templates assigned to multiple visible categories will remain accessible.
Can I unhide templates or categories later?
Yes. Return to Settings → Categories or hover over hidden templates and click Unhide. Changes take effect immediately.
Does hiding affect agency admin access to templates?
No. Agency admins can still see, duplicate, and edit hidden templates for internal use.
Is there a bulk hiding option?
Category hiding serves as the primary bulk method. You can also multi-select templates within a category and toggle the Hide option.
Will clients see platform branding?
Hidden templates eliminate platform-branded assets from sub-account views, maintaining your white-label presence.
Can non-admin agency users access the Template Library?
No. Only agency administrators have Template Library permissions on these plans. Users and location roles cannot view or edit templates.
