How to Copy Certificate Templates to Other Locations
About Copying Certificate Templates
You can duplicate certificate templates from one location to others in your CRM, making it simple to reuse designs without rebuilding them. This feature lets you copy a template to as many as three locations simultaneously and ensures all related content moves with it.
What Gets Copied
- All images and media files attached to the template
- The template’s complete setup and customizations
- Any previous version history linked to the template
You can also create a copy within the same location if you wish.
Steps to Copy a Certificate Template
Access Certificates
Go to Memberships and select Certificates.
Start the Copy Process
Find the template you want to copy and click the three-dot menu (⋮) beside it. Choose Clone from the options that appear.
Adjust Settings
You can edit the template name if desired. Then, pick up to three locations where you want the copy to appear.
Confirm and Finish
Review your choices and confirm. The system will create the duplicate template along with all its files, settings, and history in the selected locations.
