Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find the option to cancel?
The cancellation option is located in Settings > WhatsApp > three-dot menu > Cancel Subscription.
Can I reactivate my subscription later?
Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by going back to the Settings > WhatsApp area and selecting a new plan. Your messaging capabilities will resume once the subscription is active.
Is providing a reason for cancellation required?
Yes. The system requires you to select a reason from a list before you can complete the cancellation process.
What if I cancel before finishing setup?
If you subscribed but have not completed the WhatsApp Business Account integration, you can still cancel. Navigate to the WhatsApp section in your CRM, use the three-dot menu to select Cancel Subscription, and confirm the prompt.
Will I lose my templates and data if I cancel?
No. Canceling your subscription does not delete your WhatsApp Business data. All approved message templates, account settings, and historical information are preserved in your CRM. If you resubscribe in the future, you will regain access to these templates without needing to re-submit them for approval. Note that you cannot send messages while your subscription is inactive.
