Finding Your Agency Relationship Number

When you contact our support, services, customer success, or product teams, we may ask for your Agency Relationship Number. This unique identifier helps us quickly locate your agency account and provide you with the best possible assistance.

Your Relationship Number is a 7-digit identifier formatted as X-XXX-XXX. Each agency account has a distinct number. Only Agency Owners and Agency Admins have permission to view this information.

Method 1: Through Settings

Follow these steps to find your Relationship Number in the CRM:

1. Click the sub-account switcher located at the top left corner of the side navigation bar.
2. Select the Switch to Agency View option.
3. Navigate to the bottom left corner of the side navigation bar and click the Settings button.
4. Inside the Settings menu, choose the Company option.
5. Your Relationship Number will be displayed in the Company Data field.
6. You can copy the number by clicking the box icon next to it.

Method 2: Through Help Menu

As an alternative, Agency Admins can also locate the Relationship Number by clicking the blue question mark icon in the top right corner of the screen.
