How to Use Memberships Revenue Analytics in the CRM

Understanding Revenue Analytics

Revenue Analytics is a feature within your CRM that provides detailed insights into the revenue generated from one-time purchases. By analyzing this data, you can identify your most profitable products, services, or offers and understand which sales channels are driving the most income. This information is crucial for making informed decisions about your marketing strategies and resource allocation.

Accessing Revenue Analytics

To view your revenue analytics, follow these steps:

  1. In the main navigation menu of your CRM, click on Sites.
  2. Select Memberships from the submenu.
  3. Navigate to Analytics.
  4. Click on Revenue Analytics.

The Revenue Analytics section is divided into two main tabs: Net Revenue and Compare Offers.

Analyzing Net Revenue

The Net Revenue tab gives you a high-level overview of your one-time purchase revenue.

Key Metrics

  • Total Units Sold: This figure shows the total number of items or services sold within the date range and purchase channel you have selected.
  • Total Revenue: This is the total income generated from one-time purchases based on your current filters.
  • Distribution of Top Four Offers: A chart displays your four highest-performing offers and the percentage of total revenue each one contributed.

Filtering Data

You can refine the data displayed on this tab using the following filters:

  • Date: Select a specific date range to analyze, such as the last 30 days or a custom period.
  • Purchase Channel: Filter results to show revenue from specific sources, such as Membership checkout, Funnel, or Upsell checkout.

Comparing Offers

The Compare Offers tab allows for a side-by-side analysis of up to four different offers.

Key Metrics

  • Total Units Sold: See the number of units sold for each selected offer.
  • Total Revenue: Compare the revenue generated by each individual offer.

Filtering Data

This tab provides more granular control for your comparison:

  • Offer: Choose up to four specific offers to compare.
  • Purchase Channel: Filter the comparison data by channel (e.g., Membership checkout, Funnel, Upsell checkout).
  • Date: Apply a date range to focus the analysis on a specific period.

By using the Compare Offers feature, you can pinpoint which products perform best on which sales channels, enabling you to tailor your marketing efforts for maximum impact.
