How to Configure the Agency Owner Role
To assign or modify the Agency Owner:
- Navigate to Settings, then Team.
- Edit the user who is currently the Agency Owner.
- Go to User Roles and select Transfer Owner.
- Choose another Agency Admin from the dropdown to become the new Agency Owner.
- Click Save, then confirm. The current owner will become an Agency Admin, and the selected admin will assume the Agency Owner role.

Can an agency account have multiple Agency Owners?
No. Only one user can hold the Agency Owner role at a time. To change ownership, the current owner must transfer it to another Agency Admin.
What happens if an Agency Owner is deleted from the system?
If the Agency Owner is deleted, the system automatically assigns ownership to the next user based on creation date, in descending order. If no eligible Agency Admin exists, ownership assignment is paused until a qualified user is added.
Can other Agency Admins change the Agency Owner’s user role?
No. Only the Agency Owner can change their role by transferring ownership to another Agency Admin.
Will the Agency Owner role affect Agency Admin permissions?
No. The Agency Owner has the same permissions as an Agency Admin, plus additional privileges for ownership transfer and serving as the primary account contact.
