Manage Your Communities and Courses with Studio
What Is Studio?
Studio is a centralized management hub within your CRM that brings all your communities and courses into a single, streamlined workspace. It eliminates the need to navigate through multiple sections to update or review your digital products, allowing you to handle everything from one intuitive dashboard. This gives you complete control and organization over your offerings, making it ideal for community owners, course creators, and anyone selling digital products. There is no migration required—your existing communities and courses will automatically appear in Studio.
Key Benefits of Studio
Studio is designed to boost your efficiency and effectiveness by providing quick, organized access to every product you manage. Key advantages include:
- Centralized Management: Access and manage all communities and courses from one dashboard.
- Rapid Updates: Quickly edit access, pricing, and content without delays.
- Full Control: Easily publish, unpublish, or adjust content to keep offerings current.
- Enhanced Engagement: Better tools help deliver superior products, leading to more engaged members and increased revenue.
- Preview Capabilities: Review enriched sales pages before they go live, including media carousels for communities and structured curriculum previews for courses.
Sales Page Media Preview for Communities
Community sales pages now feature a media carousel that can display images and videos from platforms like YouTube, Loom, and Vimeo. Media added to a community’s About page automatically syncs with its sales page, so you don’t need to update listings separately. The carousel cycles through available media, giving visitors a dynamic preview of the community before they decide to join.
Structured Course Preview on Sales Pages
Course sales pages include a structured curriculum preview, allowing visitors to see modules, lessons, and thumbnails in an organized layout. This provides a clear overview of the course content, helping potential enrollees understand what they will gain access to after joining.
How to Access Studio
Accessing Studio is straightforward and only requires a few steps from your CRM dashboard.
Step 1: Navigate to Memberships → Marketplace
Go to the Memberships section in your CRM and select Marketplace. This is your Marketplace dashboard. Ensure that the email address you use to sign in to your CRM dashboard and Marketplace is the same. If the emails don’t match, your products may not appear in Studio.
Step 2: Open Studio
After logging into the Marketplace dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Studio from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Manage Your Communities and Courses
You will now see a unified dashboard where you can efficiently manage all your communities and courses.
Communities Section
The Communities section is your control center for every community you’ve created. Here, you can preview, adjust settings, and control visibility without leaving the dashboard. Community sales pages support a richer media experience, with images and videos from the About page syncing automatically to the sales page. Supported video sources include YouTube, Loom, and Vimeo. You can:
- Preview enhanced sales pages for each community.
- Display images and videos in an auto-cycling carousel on sales pages.
- Publish or unpublish communities instantly.
- Access community settings directly from the menu.
- Monitor activity with unread post counts for each channel.
Note: Only communities you have created will appear in Studio. Communities where you are only a member or admin, but not the creator, will not be listed.
Courses Section
The Courses section provides a centralized view of all your training content. You can manage publish status, preview course sales pages, and review how courses appear to visitors before enrollment. Course sales pages include a structured curriculum preview, showing modules, lessons, and thumbnails in a clean format. You can:
- View all your courses in a single list.
- Preview enhanced course sales pages.
- Display modules, lessons, and thumbnails on sales pages.
- Edit publish status with one click.
Note: Only courses you have created in Memberships will display here. Courses added to the Marketplace will also appear, but courses you did not create will not be shown.
