Managing Payment Providers for SaaS Sub-Accounts
This article explains the updated billing features for SaaS (Software as a Service) sub-accounts, which provide more flexibility in how payments are handled.
Updated SaaS Activation Process
When you manually enable SaaS for a sub-account, you can now choose which account type will manage its subscriptions and payments. You can select either a Stripe account or your main agency account. The billing system will then automatically use the default payment provider associated with your selected account.
Setting a Specific Payment Provider
You can assign a specific payment provider to each individual SaaS sub-account. When an administrator from that sub-account later adds a payment method, it will be securely saved with the provider you have selected for them.
Viewing Charges and Invoices
Sub-account administrators can now view all charges and invoices directly from their billing page within the CRM. This includes all charges linked to their account, such as those for SaaS services and other features.
Managing Billing Addresses
When a sub-account administrator adds a billing address, it is automatically saved to their account profile. This makes the address easy to manage and retrieve for future billing purposes.
