Managing Sub-Accounts with the Updated Interface
Introduction to the Updated Sub-Accounts List
The Sub-Accounts List in your CRM has been redesigned to provide a more modern and efficient management experience. This update is available for agencies on the $97 and $297 plans, bringing advanced filtering, bulk actions, and improved performance previously exclusive to higher-tier users.
Key Benefits of the Updated Interface
The refreshed Sub-Accounts List offers several enhancements to streamline your account management:
- Modern Design: A visually consistent interface with updated typography, spacing, and layout.
- Improved Performance: Faster page loads and smoother interactions.
- Advanced Filtering: Quickly locate specific sub-accounts using intuitive filter controls.
- Bulk Actions: Perform actions on multiple sub-accounts simultaneously.
- Responsive Design: Optimized for use on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Future-Ready Infrastructure: Built on a micro-app architecture for easier feature updates.
Using Advanced Filtering
Advanced filtering helps you quickly find sub-accounts based on specific criteria.
Step 1: Add a Basic Filter
Click the Filter button (funnel icon) at the top of the Sub-Accounts List to open the Advanced Filters panel. You will see four filter categories:
- General (e.g., Date Added, Snapshots)
- Reselling (e.g., Listings, WhatsApp, Email, AI tools)
- Rebilling (e.g., Email/Phone Verification, LC Premium)
- CRM (e.g., LC Email, LC Phone)
Select a search field under any category and choose the conditions you want to filter by. Use the + Add Filter button to apply OR logic, where at least one condition must be true for results to appear.
Step 2: Add Nested Filters (Optional)
Click the + Add Nested Filter button to apply AND logic, where all conditions must be true for results to appear. For example, filtering by Date Added after a specific date and LC Email enabled will only show sub-accounts meeting both criteria.
Step 3: Apply and Review Filter Results
Click Apply to run the filters. Review the returned sub-accounts that match your criteria. If no results are found, a message will indicate no locations were found. Active filters remain visible on the listing page for easy reference.
Step 4: Review and Manage Applied Filters
Visible filter controls help you understand why specific sub-accounts appear in your list. You can remove or adjust filters with a single action to refine results efficiently.
Bulk Actions for Sub-Account Management
Bulk actions allow you to manage multiple sub-accounts at once, reducing repetitive tasks.
- Use checkboxes to select individual sub-accounts or click the Select All checkbox.
- Once selected, click the Bulk Actions dropdown to choose from available actions: Pause Sub-Account or Enable Rebilling.
- Click the Bulk Action History icon (clock) to view previous bulk action logs.
