Migrating Prospects from Your Agency to a Sub-Account

What Is Prospect Migration?

The prospect migration feature allows you to transfer prospects from your main agency account into a connected sub-account. This helps you delegate lead management to specific teams or clients, while keeping a master copy of the data at the agency level. The sub-account can then use its own tools and automations to nurture the leads effectively.

Before You Begin

To use this feature, ensure the following:

  • The destination sub-account must have an active Premium Prospecting subscription.
  • You must have existing prospects available in your agency-level Prospecting Dashboard.

Benefits of Migrating Prospects

  • Targeted Follow-Up: Sub-accounts can use their specific workflows and communication tools to engage prospects.
  • Better Organization: Keep prospect interactions centralized within the relevant sub-account.
  • Agency Oversight: Migrated prospects remain accessible at the agency level for reporting or future use.
