Export Issued Certificates as CSV

You can export your issued certificates as a CSV file to review data offline, integrate with other tools, or maintain records for compliance. This guide explains how to export certificates, customize your export with date filters, and understand how files are delivered based on the size of your data.

What Is Certificate Exporting?

Certificate exporting lets you download records of issued certificates in bulk as a CSV file. The exported data includes details like recipient name, email address, certificate ID, and issue date. This feature is useful for tracking training completion, verifying certifications, or auditing records.

Benefits of Exporting Certificates

  • Export up to 500 certificates instantly with an in-app download.
  • Receive larger exports via email for convenient access.
  • Filter exports by custom date ranges to focus on specific periods.
  • Use CSV files for compliance reporting, data analysis, or integration with external systems.
  • CSV format is widely compatible and easy to edit or import into other software.

How to Export Certificates

Follow these steps to export your issued certificates:

  1. Go to the Issued Certificates section in your CRM.
  2. Click the Export CSV button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select a start and end date to define the range of certificates you want to include.
  4. Click Confirm Export to process your request.

If your export includes 500 or fewer certificates, the file downloads immediately. For exports with more than 500 certificates, the system sends the CSV file to the email address linked to your account.

Export and Delivery Rules

  • Exports with fewer than 500 certificates download directly in your browser.
  • Exports with more than 500 certificates are emailed to you.
  • The email subject line is “Your Certificate Export is Ready”.
  • The download link in the email expires after 24 hours.
  • You must select a date range before exporting—this is required.
