Prospecting Widgets: Multi-Language Support

Multi-Language Support for Prospecting Widgets

Prospecting widgets now fully support multiple languages. All system-generated text—including field labels, validation messages, buttons, email content, and PDF reports—automatically adapts to the user’s preferred language in the CRM. This ensures a consistent localized experience across your embedded widgets, automated emails, and exported documents.

How It Works

When a visitor interacts with a prospecting widget, the system detects their preferred language setting within the CRM and displays all default text in that language. This includes:

  • Field labels and placeholder text
  • Validation and error messages
  • Submit and action buttons
  • Email subject lines and body content
  • PDF report links and labels

No additional setup or manual translation is required. The system handles language adaptation automatically.

Accessing Prospecting Widgets

To create or manage prospecting widgets:

  1. Go to Agency View
  2. Select Prospecting
  3. Click on Widgets

From this section, you can create new widgets, customize existing ones, and access embed codes.

Upgrade Requirement

Prospecting widgets are a premium feature. You must upgrade to the paid version of the Prospecting Tool to create and use them. If your account hasn’t been upgraded, you’ll see a prompt to do so when accessing the widgets section.

Creating and Customizing a Widget

After upgrading:

  1. Click Create Widget
  2. Configure the fields you want to include
  3. Adjust styling, colors, and branding to match your website
  4. Save your widget

Widgets support both Light and Dark themes for flexible design options.

Embedding the Widget

Once your widget is ready:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab within the widget
  2. Copy the provided embed code
  3. Paste the code into your website’s backend or page builder

After embedding, verify that the widget loads correctly, displays properly, and all fields function as expected.

Workflow and Automation

When a prospect submits information through the widget:

  • The contact is automatically saved to your CRM
  • The lead is tagged for easy identification
  • Workflows can be triggered based on the submission

This allows you to automate follow-up actions such as welcome emails, pipeline assignments, and nurture sequences.

PDF Report Language Behavior

Exported PDF reports now automatically reflect the user’s preferred platform language. This includes all system-generated text within the report, such as button labels, link text, and export messaging.

Email Language Support

System-generated emails related to prospecting widgets—such as notifications or confirmations—now adapt to the recipient’s platform language. This applies to subject lines, call-to-action buttons, and any instructional text within the email.
