Reselling Ad Manager with Your SaaS Plans

You can now enhance your SaaS offering by including Ad Manager as an optional add-on product for your clients. This feature is managed through the SaaS Configurator, allowing you to bundle Ad Manager with your existing plans to create more comprehensive packages.

How to Include Ad Manager in a SaaS Plan

To add Ad Manager to one of your SaaS plans, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the SaaS Configurator within your CRM.
  2. Click on the Plans and Pricing tab to view your existing plans.
  3. For the plan you wish to modify, click Edit Details.
  4. On the plan configuration page, select the Addons tab.
  5. Here, you will see a list of reselling products you can include. The Ad Manager add-on is disabled by default. Toggle it on to enable it for that specific pricing plan.

How It Works

When you bundle Ad Manager with a SaaS plan, the process works as follows:

  • Product Setup: You select which add-on products, including Ad Manager, are part of the SaaS plan.
  • Purchase and Activation: When a client purchases the plan, the CRM automatically sends the sale and configuration details to the reselling service.
  • Subscription Creation: The reselling service then creates active subscriptions for each product included in the bundle.

Important Considerations

  • Changes to your bundle configuration only apply to new sub-accounts created after the change. Existing sub-accounts are not affected.
  • In your agency billing section, locations subscribed to Ad Manager via a SaaS plan will be listed as SaaS Bundle instead of showing the individual plan name.
  • Sub-accounts pay your agency a monthly fee for the SaaS plan subscription.
  • If a sub-account cancels their SaaS plan, your agency should initiate a prorated refund. However, the Ad Manager subscription remains active, meaning the client can continue using it even after canceling the main plan.
