This portal enhances client autonomy while improving communication and engagement.

How to Set Up Your Client Portal
Step 1: Access Portal Settings
Navigate to the CRM’s main dashboard and locate the Client Portal settings. This is typically found under account or branding configurations.

To personalize the portal, set up a custom domain for each sub-account. This reinforces brand identity and increases credibility. Enter your preferred domain in the provided field and follow the verification steps.
Step 3: Customize Branding
Upload your logo, set a favicon, and choose a color scheme that aligns with your brand. These elements will appear throughout the client portal interface.
Step 4: Set a Default Language (Optional)
If you serve clients in multiple regions, select a default language for the portal from the dropdown menu.
