Setting Up Your Client Portal

What Is the Client Portal?

The Client Portal is a secure, centralized platform that enables your clients to interact with their accounts independently. Located on the clientclub.net subdomain, it provides a unified space where clients can access affiliate commissions, join community groups (coming soon), and enroll in membership courses. This portal enhances client autonomy while improving communication and engagement.

Key Benefits

  • Centralized Access: Clients can manage all interactions in one place, reducing the need for multiple platforms.
  • Brand Customization: Apply your logo, colors, and domain to maintain brand consistency.
  • Client Empowerment: Clients can independently track progress, view commissions, and access resources.
  • Streamlined Onboarding: Invite clients directly to the portal for a seamless onboarding experience.

How to Set Up Your Client Portal

Step 1: Access Portal Settings

Navigate to the CRM’s main dashboard and locate the Client Portal settings. This is typically found under account or branding configurations.

Step 2: Configure a Custom Domain (Optional)

To personalize the portal, set up a custom domain for each sub-account. This reinforces brand identity and increases credibility. Enter your preferred domain in the provided field and follow the verification steps.

Step 3: Customize Branding

Upload your logo, set a favicon, and choose a color scheme that aligns with your brand. These elements will appear throughout the client portal interface.

Step 4: Set a Default Language (Optional)

If you serve clients in multiple regions, select a default language for the portal from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Invite Clients

Invite clients by sharing the portal URL directly or through child apps. You can also send invitations via email from the CRM.

Step 6: Configure Google Sign-In (Optional)

Enable Google Sign-In to allow clients to access the portal using their Google accounts. Toggle this option in the security or authentication settings.
