Sharing Your Agency Prospecting Premium Subscription with a Sub-Account

Overview

If your agency has an active Prospecting Premium subscription, you can now share access to its premium features with one of your sub-accounts. This creates a unified subscription, simplifying your billing and reducing the need for multiple separate plans.

Benefits of Sharing a Subscription

Linking your agency's Prospecting Premium subscription to a sub-account offers several key advantages:

  • Cost Efficiency: Maintain a single subscription for both the agency and a sub-account, avoiding duplicate payments.
  • Centralized Management: Handle billing and access for both accounts from one location.
  • Full Feature Access: Both the agency and the linked sub-account will have complete access to all Prospecting Premium tools.
  • Operational Flexibility: You can adapt your setup as your business requirements change.

How to Share Your Existing Agency Prospecting Premium Subscription

If you already have a Prospecting Premium subscription at the agency level, follow these steps to link a sub-account.

Important: This is a one-time action. Once a sub-account is linked, it cannot be changed later.

  1. Navigate to the Prospecting section from your agency account.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Select Manage Subscription.
  4. Click the Link your Sub-Account button.
  5. From the list that appears, choose the sub-account you want to link.
  6. Click the Link Now button to confirm your selection.

Managing a Linked Sub-Account

To Remove a Linked Sub-Account

If you wish to remove the link and not add another sub-account, you can unsubscribe from the Prospecting Premium subscription either at the agency level or at the linked sub-account level. This will remove premium access for both accounts.

To Replace a Linked Sub-Account

If you want to link a different sub-account, you have two options:

  • Option 1: Unsubscribe from the current subscription at the agency or linked sub-account level. Then, start a new subscription and select the new sub-account to link during the setup process.
  • Option 2: Cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new Prospecting Premium subscription directly from the desired sub-account, either through the Reselling tab or a direct purchase.

Upgrading to Prospecting Premium for the First Time

When you are ready to upgrade, you can choose to start your subscription at either the agency level or the sub-account level.

Agency-Level Prospecting

This option provides all Prospecting Premium benefits, such as unlimited leads per month, website widgets, lead point-of-contact enrichment, and a report builder. However, it does not include CRM-specific features like adding prospects to contacts, sending SMS, adding to opportunities, or triggering workflows. To use these CRM features, you would need to operate from within a sub-account.

Sub-Account Level Prospecting

Starting a subscription directly in a sub-account includes all the Prospecting Premium benefits plus full CRM capabilities.

You can enable Prospecting for a sub-account in a few ways:

  • From the Agency View, go to the Reselling Tab, and enable the toggle to re-sell prospecting.
  • Purchase a Prospecting Premium subscription directly for the sub-account.
  • From your agency account, navigate to Prospecting and click the Upgrade Now button under the Premium Plan. You will then be prompted to either select a sub-account to link or continue without linking one.

Best Practice: For immediate access to both prospecting tools and CRM functionality, it is recommended to start your subscription within a sub-account.
