Understanding Data and Access After CRM Subscription Cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

Canceling your CRM subscription affects your entire account and all associated sub-accounts. You will immediately lose access to key features and data. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to view or manage:

  • Contacts: All saved contact information.
  • Conversations: Past and current message histories.
  • Calendars: Scheduled appointments and events.
  • Automations: All workflows will stop running.
  • Funnels & Websites: All funnel pages and related site data.

Please note that any add-on or reselling subscriptions linked to your main account will also be canceled automatically when the primary subscription ends.

Phone Number and A2P Registration Status

Your assigned phone numbers and A2P registrations will be scheduled for deletion 14 days after you cancel. Standard charges for these services will continue to apply during this 14-day period. After this window, the numbers and registrations will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

The 90-Day Data Retention Period

Your account data is not deleted immediately. The system retains all data from a canceled account for 90 days. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription to regain full access and restore all your information.

You will receive automated email reminders as this 90-day window progresses. These emails, sent from a system address, will notify you when your account is 60 days, 30 days, and 5 days away from permanent deletion.

If you do not reactivate within 90 days, your agency account, all sub-accounts, and every piece of associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. The platform does not maintain backups of purged data, and our support team cannot restore an account after this deletion occurs.

Actions to Take Before Canceling

We strongly recommend exporting any critical data you wish to retain before proceeding with cancellation. Important items to download or export include:

  • Contact lists and details
  • Conversation histories
  • Calendar events and appointments
  • Funnel and website configurations
  • Workflow and automation setups
  • Financial records, invoices, and transaction histories
  • Product catalogs, membership details, or course data
  • Any generated reports or audit logs

Available Options

Reactivate Your Account

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any point during the 90-day retention period to regain full access and preserve your data.

Request Earlier Data Deletion

If you require your data to be removed before the standard 90-day period concludes, you can submit a formal data deletion request through the dedicated form available in the platform.

Pause Your Account

If you need a temporary break but plan to return, consider using the account pause feature instead of canceling. For a reduced monthly fee, this option keeps your data intact and your account in a suspended state, allowing for a simpler restart when you're ready.
