Understanding the Agency Dashboard Summary Tab

The Agency Dashboard provides a consolidated view of your business performance, with the Summary tab offering key financial metrics. This tab calculates its Revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) figures using a refined methodology that includes only revenue generated directly through your CRM platform. This approach ensures greater accuracy and consistency for the displayed key performance indicators (KPIs) and charts.

Accessing the Summary Tab

To view the Summary tab, navigate to CRM > Agency > Agency Dashboard. The Summary tab is the default view upon entry.

Revenue Sources Included

The calculations for Total Revenue and MRR on this tab are based exclusively on the following CRM-backed sources:

  • SaaS Subscriptions
  • Reselling
  • Rebilling

Note: Because this view filters out external or non-qualifying revenue sources, the values shown here may differ from those seen in other, older reports or dashboards within your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my Revenue or MRR numbers look different on this tab compared to other reports?

The Summary tab now exclusively includes revenue from SaaS, Reselling, and Rebilling activities processed through your CRM. This change removes external revenue sources, providing a clearer and more consistent view of your platform-driven business performance. If you are comparing against a report that includes all revenue sources, the numbers will understandably differ.
