The Review Reply Percentage is scored as follows:
- Worse (0-10%): 0%
- Bad (11-49%): 10%
- Average (50-89%): 15%
- Good (90-100%): 20%
Reviews Section

- Facebook Reviews: 25%

A higher grade indicates a strong, consistent online presence, improving discoverability and credibility.

This section consists of 9 Heat Map points with varying weightings:
