Using the Food & Healthcare Listings Add-Ons
What Are the Food & Healthcare Listings Add-Ons?
The Food & Healthcare Listings Add-Ons are specialized upgrades for the CRM's standard Listings feature. They transform a basic business listing into a detailed, industry-specific profile. When enabled for a qualifying restaurant or healthcare business, the listing type changes to Food or Healthcare (either Facility or Professional), unlocking tailored fields, specialized management tools, and distribution to publishers that focus on your industry.
In essence, these add-ons:
- Convert an eligible standard listing into a Food or Healthcare entity.
- Reveal industry-specific fields and controls, such as menus or provider credentials.
- Distribute the enhanced profile data to relevant publisher networks to increase visibility.
Note: This transformation is a deliberate change designed around industry requirements. Be sure to confirm the correct business category before upgrading.
